Having raised over £12bn of capital for Investment Companies, we have experience of a full range of corporate transactions, including primary and secondary fund raisings, with the ability to access all of the key markets in London, such as the LSE, including Main Market, Specialist Fund Segment and AIM. 

We advise 42 retained clients and seek to maintain an open dialogue with Board members. We regularly attend Board meetings and provide a formal quarterly report for the Board on all aspects of an investment company’s interaction with the capital markets, including monitoring share price movements, volume, discounts and compliance with regulatory obligations. We seek to be a trusted partner to a Board, assisting in meeting long-term growth ambitions and objectives.
